Program a keyless remote to the car

I just bought a 1997 Mazda 626 for my daughter. The car is in excellent condition and runs like a charm. My question is the car only came with one keyless remote. I bought another one on Ebay but need to know how to program it myself without going to a dealer and paying their fees. Can anybody give me a clue how to do this??? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

EMT Gary
