power loss

my friend was cleaning his throttle body with carburator cleaner ever since then truck has no power .truck idles good and revs ok in park but when you put it in gear and give it the gas it does not have any power.
no check engine light is on took it to dealer they diagnose it.they said converter clogged replaced it still no power.
any thoughts would be appreciated

could it be throttle position sensor and if it is how to check it

3.0 liter sport.
