YOu mean at times, all the power is from your arms....
Since you checked/changes all components, I've no idea.....Did you use ATF transmission fluid instead of specific power steering fluid?

Kia recommends a special fluid I believe it is type 3 for use in the PS sysyem. Also you may need to blead air out of the lines. Regular ATF could cause foaming and no power.

We purchased a third pump from eBay and it is working fine now

i have a problem with power steering which does not work atall also my drivers side electric window does not operate properly can someone plz give me some information on ho to fix these problems

YOU did not mention year. THis diagram if for a left hand drive but basically it applies across all year models or that series.
If all other windows operate normally from the driver seat, then only the motor, switch or linkage in your door has to be checked.
