Need Source for 99 Tahoe Headlamps!
I have a 99 tahoe and the headlamp lenses are discolored. Does anyone know a good source for just glass lenses (if they can be replaced without the rest of the unit) or a source for replacement OEM headlamps with glass lenses?
Glass is important because I'm probably going to put in an HID kit. Thanks! |

The kit that tempfixit suggests really works well. Not as bright as HID, but well worth the $20. It will take care of the discoloration. If you decide to go with the HID, please let us know how that goes.

Re: Need Source for 99 Tahoe Headlamps!
Rockauto.com has aftermarket replacement headlight assemblies from $31 to $51 a side. Their HID set goes for $787 with bulbs (yikes!). I've bought the low end assemblies and am very happy with them, especially when they were delivered with both bulbs installed!
