Welcome to AF.
Head lights do not have a relay. DLR lights are relayed. The headlight get there 12 volts power from the dimmmer switch. First thing Check for 12 volts to hedlight bulbs. I have had both bulbs burn out within a 1/2 hr of each other. MT
