LS Transmission Fluid leak

I need help concerning a transmission fluid leak on a 2002 LS V8 with an automatic transmission when the motor is running. The oil is coming out of the tube connected to the Vent Assembly case Part Number 7034 on the top of the transmission.
Since the LS is in Europe owned by my cousin and Service places for Lincolns are limited we are trying to figure out what causing this also what part’s we need so I could send it to him.
Could the Vent Assembly go bad? Is there a check valve or some other device inside the Valve Assembly that would open under pressure only? It leaks Transmission Fluid all the time now even at idle.
