No power at A/C Fuse '95 Suburban

I have a 1995 Suburban, 5.7, 4wd with front and rear ac/heat. Last week the front and rear controls stopped working. When we checked the fuses, we saw we had no power to the #12 fuse, which powers the heat/AC. When we put power to the fuse, it turned on and appeared to work fine. Can anyone tell me where the power comes from that powers the #12 fuse in my fuse box?(located on the side of the dash by the drivers door)
At about the same time, the ABS light was also flashing on and off, and sometimes alternating flashing with the brake light. Not sure if the problems are related.

check the terminals in the fuse block for corrosion.. also make sure you dont have a water leak into the fuse block.

As said check fuse box.
Fuse 12 gets power from ign switch orange wire.
If everything else has good power it is losing power in fuse block.
