94 K2500,, 6.5 no running lights and trans in limp mode
I have a 94 K2500,,, 6.5 ,, have not running lights or instrument lights,, and transmission in limpmode, and once in a while will not start (turns over ok but will not fire up),, WHere do I start or where can I find a wiring diagram to start tracing wire??? Thanks for the help

get a workshop manual. they'll be in there.
though, you practically have to be an electrical engineer to read them.

The running and inst panel lights are powered from the light switch which is powered off the "hot batt buss".
The tranny and "no start" come off the ign switch. So, I think it's 2 separate problems to look at.

hi.
have you ever done any other stuff with this truck like switch speakers or take off any panels. When we switch speakers on my truck we pinched a wire while putting the door panel on and the dash lights, marker lights, head lights and brake lights would not work. We took all the electrical out from the engine to the lights when really our problem was in our door |
