02 liberty idles rough misfire in cyl 3 and stalls

my bro ran out of gas and forced it to start back up to get to the gas station half a mile down the road. filled it up and turned it on car runs rough now in idle, drives great once you get going. If you rev it hard around 3k the car bucks and won't let you accelerate any higher. If you slam on the brakes the thing stalls out and you have to start it back up. Had a vehicle speed sensor malfunction replaced that and now the code is gone. Now I am getting bank 1 sensor 2 and bank 2 sensor 2 o2 codes. Should I replace those and go from there?

I didn't think an o2 would cause that bad of stalling and rough idling but i guess if the motor isn't getting the air it needs this can happen.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

You might have the fuel pressure checked, running one out of fuel hurts the fuel pump if it's cooled and lubed by fuel...all my GM's and the Dodge fuel pumps are fuel cooled & lubricated.
