Idle problems and Stalling when cold

My car recently has been running really rough when its cold out 40-50 , the idle drops to 200-400 and stalls sometimes,but when its warm out 75 and above the car runs fine.I'm not sure if its the iac.I just changed the plugs and wires and the car ran great ,but then this problem just started.
