Top Secret Skyline Hood?
Hi guys,
I bought a top secret skyline, I painted it gold and now it's time to do my first CF job. I already did the wing and the trunk using Freakay's tutorial, but for the hood, it's looks kind of hard. The hood is pretty complex and I am wondering how I should do it. Is it one big decal of CF, which I apply to a flat area, then try to put lots of microsol to put everything in place, or do it in multiple decals and try to fit them together? Thanks! |

Re: Top Secret Skyline Hood?
I'd suggest laying little bits of c/f on the more intricate areas, and one large decal with cuts in it to accomodate all the little parts that the decal won't fit around.
I am probably confusing you, but I don't know any other way to say it.

Re: Top Secret Skyline Hood?
The easiest way is going to be multiple pieces of CF. I started to do mine that way and stopped after the first 3 parts were on.
