harmonic balancer retaining nut size

Does anyone know the harmonic balcancer retaining nut size???The GM manual says 28mm. But evidently that size doesn't exist?????Thanks Arne

i HAVE TO COME TO FIND OUT THAT A 28MM SOCKET DOES EXIST BUT IT IS NOT COMMON...ARNE
