Are you sure the hesitation isn't just the time it takes to downshift to a lower gear?

It'll do this as soon as i floor it ...( I need to re-word this, I don't Put 'er all the way down, only about 7/10ths to the floor) at a greenlight, Can't go much lower than first gear. It'll get up to about 15km/h then slow down to about 12km/h before finaly reacting to the floored pedal. And if I do the plugs my self, I got all the time in the world to work on the back plugs!
