First welcome to AF!

Dude, it takes alot of work to get that much power out of a 4 cylinder. I suggest you seach around for a LONG time and learn as much as you can. If you have to ask a question like this you obviously aren't capable of building a car that will put down that much power.

Well brands aren't always important. It truely depends on what you are doing to the car. For example, I myself would never buy anything but brand name BOV like HKS or Greddy, same goes for AFPR's, Aeromotive is what I prefer.

But for things like exhaust and intake, it's not as important. Any ebay intake kit will work just as well as the 100-200 dollar brand name one and cost a fraction of the cost. Same with exhaust, Just find something nice and affordable on e-bay. Exhaust isn't exactly rocket science.

But for the most part you can't go cheap on the parts that matter. There are a great many sites out there that you can look at. Just a GSX fan posted a great link, and within that link includes not only a great upgrade path for our cars but websites for you to purchase those parts on.
