2000 montana problems

I've got a 2000 montana and am having either engine or transmission problems while driving the other day it started to lurch as if it wasn't getting enough fuel found out that the fuel filter was clogged so i replaced it problems stoped then after driving 30-40 miles it started to act up again i'm not sure what is going on it feels like transmission but it still drives fine when you go to accelerate it even worse it is a constant thing that gets worse when you accelerate please help hope i explained it well

Re: 2000 montana problems

we have a 2000 montana also. Had the same or similar problems. After new o2 sensors, new gas filter, new catalytic converter, and several visits to different shops, it ended up being a Mass Airflow Sensor.

Ours would end up hesitating once it warmed up, it took approx. 15 minutes of driving to go crazy.

Change that and I'll bet the problem goes away, worked for ours. Good Luck.
