For all you honda motor buffs------->
can you tell me what the hell this part is.... it broke on my moms civic and air runs through it and it cracked so i just taped it up.

that looks like the Intake plenum Purge valve hoseing, it used for when pressure build up in the intake manifold, ugh i dont how much that part if but let me give youa link to help you out

OK its not the pleneum purge nothing.... is the PVC hose that hose will run to a valve then to a little odd shapped metel container below the intake manafold u NEED that hose i know this cuz i used to work at a smog shop OK!
OH u have to use hose that is CERTIFIED to work the FUEL (ie fuel line hose) or u could get in trouble with the smog guys depending on were u are plus if its NOT fuel cert. then the traces of gas running though there might eat though the hose
