bmw turbo?

would a saab turbo work on a bmw? and if it would how much horsepower could a decent set up get u?

idk... itd be easy getting one from a salvage yard and for cheap plus its designed for a four cylinder which i have (318ic)

asuj you raise a good point. I was at a salvage yard where I live a month ago and there at the beginning of the yard was a 3 series circa 03-04 with the tail end gone. The whole engine compartment was completely intact.

Now I know the yard owners will eventually get around to removing the engine and inventoring it, but this might be another way to go. Just my
