molding bumpers

I've seen a couple pics of people who mold their bumpers into their car making the seams disapear. any opinions on if this is good or bad idea and what do they use to mold the seams with, i wouldn't think bondo cuz it would crack too easily

yea bondos gay, may weld some sheet metal in is your best bet, or fiberglass...i dont think its worth the trouble just get ww side skirts and caps and mold em to your car

I'm planning on molding my side skirts on to get rid of the seam, but the bumpers keep the seams. Never know when you need to take those off and if you mold them in, they are there for good, unless you break them off. This is all what I "think" about molding bumpers on, might not be true, but only makes sense to me.

yeah...whatever you do, DONT mold your front bumper rear, maybe..that doesnt have to come off too often...but the front could hit something and crack the bodywork, you could have to trailer your car and need to take the bumper off....lotsa reasons...

I don't know yet. That is still far away. Got $3000 I gotta pay back before I can start work on my car really. Also I wouldn't know the best thing to use with it yet, hopefully I will know by next summer cause I'm in an Auto Body class right now and hopefully I can get some info from them on it.
