intake

do an intake first, intake brand really does NOT matter. if you are going to get an exhaust make sure that you ALSO get a high flow cat, GOOD headers, a good fuel rail, and maybe even MSD ignition. unless you get all of those addons your car will actually SLOW DOWN from the bigger exhaust because of the lost back pressure, unless you get a really good exhaust like mugen or spoon, but those are very expensive

Go with the originals i/h/e. Go with a greddy evo catback there a nice system for both performance and sound, tanabe is also really good but theres lots to choose all depends on what you wanna spend and what your looking to gain. You won't lose power from your exhaust unless you change your piping to like 2.5 on n/a car then you got to much air flow. As for the cai I stand by the saying you get what you pay for but if your short on funds get what you can afford. Other then that it boils down to how much you wanna spend and how much you want outta the car, otherwise save your money and get a turbo.
