What year 740 to buy???
Would like to buy a 740 from 98-01. Seeing lots of blogs about transmission
issues. What to buy and stay away from? Should I stay away from 100k or better miles? |

(See your other post I repsponded to)
Milage on these cars is like...um...too much chocolate sprinkles on ice cream...no matter how much you put on, it still tastes great! True, high milage means that the car has been used and there are some service items on these cars that must be taken care of (as in replaced). But it's nothing for these cars to see 250,000 or 300,000 miles and still run as strong as the day they left the show room. But of course, try to find a low milage car. You can enjoy it longer that way!
