2003 Ford F-150 CHECK ENGINE

My 2003 Ford F-150 had a code check that registered P0171. AZONE said, it could be 1 of 3 things...1-Mass Air Flow Sensor, 2-Oxygen Sensor, or 3-Ignition misfire. I don't want to do all 3 things. Does anyone have any sugesstion?

Yes, have a full scan done to look at sensor inputs, a vacuum leak can cause this also. Ign misfire would set a different code, do not let AZ try to diagnose your truck, out of their league.
