GoCart Help!

Hey guys,
I'm new to the board. I didn't really know where to post this, but I kinda need some help. I have a GoKart, and I'm repairing it, I need some help. The problem is that my throttle gets jammed, sometimes it stays on Full Throttle, and sometimes it stays half way, etc. Right now, it dosen't move at all when pressing the gas.
So does anyone know what I should do?
