need some input
Right now i have a choice between to cars, im not sure which one i should take. heres the choices:
1998 civic ex coupe 48k miles ground effects aem cai mp3 player + premium sound alarm alloys every factory option 2 year warranty or 1992 civic dx 4 door 60k miles bent up hood/fender horrible paint condtion broken stereo now heres the thing, i owe $12000 on the 98 civic. my mom said i could sell my car, pay it off, and take here 92 civic for free. now i love my car, but not having any financial obligations means mad mods. no taking both cars is not an option. so which to choose, wayy nicer civic with fewer mods, or total crap civic with many mods? now i wont be able to do tons of mods to the old civic right away, since im only 16 an make 8 bucks an hour. thanks for any input

Well the thing is that you won't be able to sell your civic for even close to as much as you owe on it. You would be looking at selling it for under $10k, and you still owe $12k on it. So after you sell your car, then you'd still be paying on it. And then once you sell the nice car, you'd still be paying on it instead of modding the 92. So then after you pay off the 98, then you would have a car with no payments that you could mod like crazy.

yeah a big reason i dont want to sell it is because ill lose some money. itll take a bunch of money to get that car close to mine, so i dunno...
