93 Topaz - runs rough after a little bit of driving

Hey,

I have a 93 topaz. When I initially start and drive the car, everything is fine. But after like 10 minutes, the car will lose power and run rough, like it's misfiring. When it does this, it's burning a very rich air/fuel mixture. To get it to stop, I have to turn the car off and then restart it and it'll be fine again for a few minutes. I'm not sure what is causing this. I was thinking maybe the Idle Air Control Valve because I had that replaced within the last 6 months. I also replace the Air Intake Sensor (not sure if it's called that).
