CRX, is it worth it?

Ok another buy came up, I found a 88CRX Si, for $400...It has a little frame damage which I was quoted would take about 10 hours of welding, I was thinking I would buy the car and if its not fixable then I could just part the thing out and do the mpfi swap, everything else on the car is mint but the guy said he threw the car sharp around the corner and it snapped in the back and the "hanger bar" or something needs to be welded, I am looking at it tommorow, I figure for $400 its a pretty good deal and I always wanted a rex but the back wheels shifted to the left about 2 inches so its got some frame damage, other than that, the car is fine.

Frame damage on a civic is bad news. As you know, civics have internal frames. I myself, wouldnt touch it with a ten foot pole. Maybe for $200 I would.

Shit, wait....thats $400 CDN right? Eh, I still wouldnt mess with it.

haha, the hatch is in too good of condition to let go but I could use a lot of the things from the crx...Si seats, swap out the door panels, dash, center console and rear section panels i think? I can also do the mpfi swap and use the 14" steelies. Then maybe keep the crx frame and get it fixed up and use as a drag car way way down the road hehe. sounds like a plan to me
