i think it would look like shit personally, kinda like a c/f hood....totally makes a nice car look like crap....i saw a car here in town not to long ago that had a c/f hood, fenders, trunk lid, the rest of the car was white and god it looked like shit.......alot of money to make a car that could look very nice look like a half finished project....

Dont have anything on your hatch a differnt color than the car unless it is Carbon Fiber. It would just look silly.

Car
I personally like the look of carbon fiber. Yeah when most people look at it they think that it needs a painted, but to me and the other people that know what they're looking at it's something that i give people respect for. Theres a small percentage of people out there that see a car w/ a CF hood on it and say "hey he's got a CF hood" most say hey look he go into a accident and can't afford to get it painted. I give respect to them for not caring what the majority of the people out there think about it. To me it's beautiful but to most it's just a kid with no money to paint the hood.
