A work in progress, indeed. If you checked out my ford explorer thread you'd know i screwd that up royaly. lol So i recently aquired Illustrator CS2. I figured id try my hand at that. its goin ok i guess. never used it b4 now. but i admired all u guys who do. only figured out the basic tool so far. maybe you guys could give me some hints/tips on how to improve my work. im posting the original sketch/drawing just so you can see how much i improved upon the drawing. i think its pretty amazing. c+c please.

Wow. GB... first attempt? Awesome. It really is tuff to get Illy for a while, and it really takes longer than pencil, but you are off to a great start. Once you get the Benzier Pen down, and learning to draw from the back forward (although you can always transition layers in front, or behind of other layers), it comes a bit easier. Wow, wish I could catch on so soon. Robo

well thanx. it does take longer. but u can undo mistakes. its awesome. i can sketch something then perfect it. plus i broke my thumb so i cant even grasp a pencil right now. heres an update 2. not much done tho.

damn gb ,great start ,hope your thumb gets better soon,im at college now and im working with illy and photoshop for the first time in my life and its hard remembering everything lol ,you really are a quick study

Thank you very much! Im bouncin in between ps-illy and ir. Heres my last update b4 i go2 bed my legs are numb. Its sooooooo much fun. Im not 100% cool with the headlight. But im gettin there i think.

GB you're such a show-off...

Really nice work. I'd like to try comp. renderings(other than MS Paint), but I'm having too much fun with my Prismas... Plus, I'm not into spending a month's wages and the donation of my arm and leg to Adobe for the program.
