Thanks. Been saving up for the new car but my chicks been bugging me to move out now that we're both college grads.
Kinda sad cuz I was really looking forward to the car though. Oh well, I guess getting a house will pay off in tax deductions and equity later on, so that I could put it toward the car.

thanks alot guys!
im not so bummed about the car anymore cuz im excited about fixing up the pad now. its kinda weird cuz in a matter of weeks i went from saving to get some coilovers, brakes, and rim/tire combo to re-doing the kitchen, hardwood floor, and paint. hahaha. if u guys are ever in uptown whittier, hit me up.
