Spring Washers

Isuzu Rodeo 99
I had my tires replaced and some weird noise appeared. Apparently, there were some missing spring washers on lug nuts. Is there any place I can buy such washers?
They look something like this:

Re: Spring Washers

Take it back to the place that put your tires on, tell them to correct it - they should do this free of charge.

I forever had this same issue until I replaced my OEM steel wheels a year ago; those steel wheels with the Isuzu hubs and double washers are a PAIN in the butt to say the least!

Take it back & tell them to correct it - if they are a reputable company they will as I'm sure they know ALL about Isuzu steel wheels/lugs/washers!

Most of the washers were lost/destroyed over the years. There are like 3 washers per wheel right now. The mechanic shop doesn't have such washers. They wish to put them on for me, but ...

I would really like to buy them myself. The question is where?

Re: Spring Washers

Don't know, sorry, I flat got tired of that fight personally. Went through the same thing EVERY 5k miles when they would rotate my tires, did this for over 8yrs too.

It's not the shops fault, truly, it's the stupid design of the wheel/hub of the oem steel wheels, and they're a bugger to put on trying to hold a 16" wheel, 2 washers for each lug, and a hub cap that wants to spin constantly. I was ending up with stripped/broken lugs, lost washers, etc.

I gave up and bought a new set of wheels, almost 2yrs later, and they were worth every dime - I don't fear whether or not they'll remount the wheels ok or not.
