Making My Explorer Show Worthy!!!

Okay, so I have a '99 Explore,r 4 Door, with 2WD, and the 5.0L V8. It has brand new wheels and tires, a K&N air filter, chain liscense plate covers, chrome windshield wipers, and chrome door trim. Pretty much everything else is stock. Now in the next year I want to put $5,000 into it to make it show quality. Here is what I am going to do:

Get a new stereo system w/ 2 800watt subs, a 500 watt amp, and a Kenwood head unit.
Tint the windows to the max legal limit
Light it up with neons everywhere
Get automatic start for the summer and winter
Get new taillights with chrome housing
Get a mesh grill
Get new brake pads and rotors from Power Slot
Change to some colored spark plug wires
Splap in a portable GPS navigation system
Get a video system to attach to the roof. I think the 7.4 inch one
Make it mean with a chrome grill guard and chrome taillight guards
Buy some Bilstein Struts and Shocks
Get some pedals to cover up the old cruddy looking ones
Get a large rearview mirror so I can see a little better
Find some low profile chrome sidesteps for my girlfriend who is 5'2"
Switch out that rusted old exhaust for a Gibson Cat Back Stainless Steel system
Change my Handles and gas door to chrome
Try to find hose sleeves and oil caps to dress up my engine a little
Paint on sick chain graphics
And finally touch up the leather, buy some gauge covers, and make it smell nice

All of this will take me about one year and $5,000 dollars. When it is finished it will be amazing. It will not only look great, but it should perform a little better as well. If anyone has some suggestions I would be happy to hear them. Tell me anything. Well, thanks for reading. Please reply.
