And can tell me if the cap on the bed is a separate piece or molded into the body? Thanks.

Re: Anyone built this specific kit...

Yes. Well, as built as all my others...I have it tho. The cap is molded seperate. The side glass is seperate. The rear hatch glass opens. That kit is awsome! Along with the rest of the Aoshima mini-lifted-yodas.

Use 1999. She's your friend She's a friend to all of us. Especially her Enligsh conterpart site, www.1999.co.jp/eng/plamo ! Sooo sexy Look at what she shows!! WOoo!!!!!!!!

Re: Anyone built this specific kit...

wow, that's a detailed store... but I think the ebay item would end up costing less after shipping to Canada. Thanks for the response though, I have a project lined up to drop a smallblock chevy into this for a customer!

Re: Anyone built this specific kit...

I think he meant it as a good place to check kit contents, more than as a better place to get the kit.

Yea. What Willermay said. There were also some LHD variations of those Hilux kits. Some US hobbystores had them for some time. Dunno if they made one with the bedcap tho.

Re: Anyone built this specific kit...

There were several variations of the Hilux/4Runner, and some were prepared with LHD dashes. I believe the ones imported by Bluefin (with their logo on the box) have the LHD dashes; these are easily found at Hobby Lobby, for instance. Actually, tigeraid, if you want, I can see about casting you a LHD Toyota truck dash, as I have two of the kits (I love 'em).
