Talking 1993 jeep grand cherokee trouble with idle??

I love my Jeep I have had it now for about 3 years and for the most part it hasn't given me any trouble. About 3 months ago is when this whole thing started. When I start the engine the idle won't kick down, but it dosen't do it all the time and when it's not high it will go up and down.
Now for a list of things I have had done so for.
full tune up- new wires, new Distributor and cap
new fuel filter and air filter
new o2 sensor
have had all fuel injectors tested and seem to be fine
have had system checked for vacum leaks
Over the last 3 months I have put over $900.00 into solving this trouble.
This jeep dose have over 150 thousand on it, I'm just not sure it's worth putting more into. I would really like some feedback on this.
Thank you.

Check the IAC (idle air control) solenoid.

Hush your mouth.

Mine has 213K and shows no signs of quitting. I put over 400 miles on it this weekend and averaged 19.5 mpg. There's a lot of info regarding cleaning the TPS and idle issues. I would do as Ron suggests and look there since you've done a lot of the other general maintenance items.

If there is no vacuum leaks, then it is deffinately an IAC issue like RON mentioned.
