Re: Mercedes SLR

I thought you had a CMC but the maisto is not too bad. Is this some kind of dealer edition that it's only limited to 1500??? hmm I have a regular one and I don't see much difference between the two...
Great pics though!! Your make the model look better than it actually is

Hi

"Is this some kind of dealer edition that it's only limited to 1500???" - yes is a Special Limited Edition for MB Dealers , i forgot post one pic saying 1/1500 pcs , but see:

I own the CMC McMerc and I think the rims are perfect . The shine and the size... the best! Way better than Maisto's. Maiso's rims look so clumsy but I understand that there's always someone that doesn't like them.

I also see that the colour of your Merc is gray, not silver, is that so? That makes it special because I've only seen silver and black.

Altogether pretty nice model

ah thanks for the info, now I see the difference... As to the CMC SLR, I know what you're saying but everything else about the model is just AMAZING. It has so many great details for a model. It's really one of the best 1/18s IMHO.

TRUE
the wheels on this miasto is more accurate compared with the real car
regardless the wheels on the SLR look girly as hell.
outdated and too weak looking to be on a car with the name MCLAREN

Re: Mercedes SLR

Its nice. But personally, I would not buy an SLR if it wasn't made by CMC.
