Why not an american, are they better than a Citroën or a Volvo ???!!!!!! I guess you don't know many things about cars.
Of course that's neither a Volvo nor a Citroën !
I think it's a "self made car"...

I know *EXACTLY* what that car is. About 20 or so years ago those little things with motorcycle engines were made especially for the disabled people, they were slow and all the controls were operated with hands (at least the ones I saw ... boy was i a long time ago)

I'll see if I can di out more pictures.

I am not sure he was saying American cars are better - I thought the same thing - its not American. I've never seen it before (and I am not young).

Sounds like Ales has the answer though

Of course! One of my neighbours (dead for a decade now!) used to have such a car (hopefully, dead before the neighbour)

I was just shoked by the fact that he was sure that it was not an american car, but it could have been a "Volvo or a Citroën" !!!!!!! This are two makes which manufacture cars at least as good as americans cars.
And I understand that he was meaning that american cars were better than europen cars, this sentence, is clear to me : "well definetely is not an american car!
its most be a european car!
"

Never mind.
What is the make and model of the car on the pic Ales ? Is it indeed russian ? or estonian ?

Estonian my @ss!!!

I am actually not sure. It could actually have been manufactured in Ukraine ... well, we were all part of the Soviet Union. But trust me on this one: this horror on wheels has been out of production for years if not decades. I'd love to get one and restore it...or make it BETTER than new.

As for make, I have no idea. It's just been soooo long that I've seen one of those. Really long. Over here we just call them "Invalidka" which can be translated directly as "car for the disabled".
