Hey guys, i was just wondering about how much horsepower and torque the 4.6 engine and transmission can get up to with upgrades. Also i've been looking at maybe getting a shift kit so my shifts would be firmer and faster. are they safe for your transmission and if so which ones would yall suggest? any answers/help will be greatly appreciatted. Seeya
