95 skylark V6 won't spark

I can't get the coils to fire. I have tried three sets of coils, and mounting pads, changed computer, crank sensor, and about every sensor or electrical component I can see from another 95 buick skyark V6. This other parts car was up and running with no issues untill oil pump went, so all parts should be good that I am trying.
My scanner is reading ignition system problem X3 what ever that means. There seems to be no way to look up what it means. Actron was no help with this at all so I would recommend no one buy their scanners because they will not back up their product so that you are able to use it. It was a complete waste of $350.00 as far as I'm concerned. All they would tell me is go on websight and look it up. It wasn't there. And book does not have the codes for this vehicle.
Any help appreciated, thanks. I've been tying to get this car going for almost a year now. So far nothing I've tried has seemed to do any good at all.
I have fuel, I can smell it, but no spark anywhere. I was told upon buying that it just wouldn't start one day. I've never heard it run myself. the parts car I am original owner.

I assume the icm was changed with the coils, do you have 12v to the pink wire at the icm, all the fuses good?, do you have cranking rpms on the scanner, if not check the wires from the crank sensor to icm. What was the exact code?
