June 2nd, Transformers toys now in stores.

Got mine!

The baddies.

the good guys.

This one has been out for a while now. Its Optimus Prime in Protoform mode, before assimilating earth vehicles.

and the baby playing with his first transformer toy.

And for the true fans IDW published a 4-issue prelude to the movie.
One of thier writers was allowed to read the final draft of the script and wrote 4 comics that explain the story leading up to the movie. It was a mission just to find the first 2.

The only people I allow to get away with buying toys at your age are "special"...

Man, I'll always be a Transformers fan at heart. Fuckin' love that transformation sound...I didn't take notice if SoundWave was in the movie, it'd be bad ass if he was. SoundWave was the best character IMO.

Matty isn't here because he's off playing with HIS own toys.
It's cool though, I loved those things back in the day.

OH SNAP!... I gotz to get over to Target and buy my set!

Where's Megatron?! I didn't see it in your collection?

And what's with Bumble Bee in the old Camaro body? I would of thought they'd go with the new Camaro body for the Toy as to help promote the car coming out next year. Maybe they'll release two versions of Bumble bee like they did for Optimus?

Yeah dude! I dunno, I went to 12 different stores in like 2 hour span! I couldnt find Megatron anywhere! I asked all the managers and they where like "who?" Everyone told me the same thing "thats all the shipment we got".

Im guessing Megatron will be released later on in another batch. He looked hella wack in the pics I saw, maybe they decided to improve on the model.

As for the 2009 Camaro Bumblebee, I have no clue. Im sure this is just the first wave of toys. For sure they will release a later model of BB hopefully in 09 Maro form.

I'll be going back next paycheck for Ratchet and Bonecrusher, maybe they will have ol' Megs by then.
If you find out anyinfo hit me up though. Im working 82 hours this week so I gotz like no time to go surf the Transformers Official forums.

see ya Zscream.

Re: June 2nd, Transformers toys now in stores.

I went out and got Comics #1 and #4... all I could find at the local store.

Target had a few toys, mostly little crap and the cool stuff they did have was like two models but like 30 of them. Then, I went looking for the Toys'r'Us store... and it's now a BestBuy... wtf? Who cares about BestBuy? We have like 3 of them in the general area... but no Toys'R'Us... fuckers.

Re: June 2nd, Transformers toys now in stores.

I just picked up a Transformers decal. I still haven't decided where exactly on which window I want to put it on the Jeep.

I got the retro small-sized set of Optimus Prime (minus the trailer) and MegaTron (as a tank not a gun?) back during the Holidays. Makes for a great display item

I think Toys R Us might be going out of business. There's only one left and it looks like its just waiting around to die.

I'm not riving 30 miles to get toys. Hell I won't drive 30 miles for a piece of ass.

Re: June 2nd, Transformers toys now in stores.

Just order them online.
My girl ordered me Megatron today from Hasbro.com.

Its like 8 bucks for shipping, considering that gas is 3.39 a gallon right now and I drive a 6.0 with 11 miles to the gallon its cheaper to just order it online.

Exactly which piece of ass is 30 miles away that you won't drive to get?
