1991 dodge b250 won't start
Van was running, I was driving and it died and won't start. I don't seem to be getting fuel. It had about 10 gallons in it. It has new plugs, wires, distributor cap, rotor. Should I be able to hear the fuel pump turn on when I turn the key? Thanks for any and all help.

Yeah, you should be able to hear the pump prime the system and then shut off. If you don't hear it, check fuses, etc. Make sure that the pump is getting power. Pump may need replaced.

I tried a new fuel pump it didn't prime either. I don't know if there is an inline fuse or something like that?
