alarm plz read

okay i am going to put in power doors and an alarm, i have to acculators from Commando, http://www.commandocaralarms.com/man...ck_install.htm

And i bought a crutch field Crime Guard Alarm...

The acculators have 5 wires from them 1 black ground, 1 blue unlock, 1 green lock, 1 brown, 1 white (the brown and white they say to connect to the alarm... ) does it really matter the alarm wire are blue green and pink (blue unlock, green lock, pink trunk) should i connect the wire to the same color or should i connect the blue and green from the alarm to the white and brown? any one help me out thank you.
