BODY KITS : Fiber Reinforced Plastic VS. Fiberglass

Which is better? Fiber Reinforced Plastic sounds kind of cheap just because it says plastic...Which would be better for my bodykit?

Most body kits are either fiber glass or polyurethane. Fiber glass is lighter but wont flex much and will crack if you hit something. Polyurethane will flex alot and be fine, like your factory bumper. But it is also heavier.

No only is polyurethane much more durable, it's sooooooooooooo much easier to fit to the car. If fiberglass isn't molded perfectly correct to the cars body lines, you'll have one of 2 choices: A) Slap it on ghetto style and have it look like shit or B) Pay someone $50-75/hr to basically re-mold the kit to fit the car so it looks decent and isn't constantly binding with other bodyparts.
