ignition

what (if any) would an msd 6al do for my car, ive heard they do a lot and ive heard they dont (performance wise) but everybody seems to agree your car will run smoother etc. thoughts..comments..etc. appreciated

Aftermarket ignitions are supposed to make a stronger spark then the factory ignitions. I'm not sure what the features of the 6al are but some of those ignitions have things like automatic advance/retard timing. If you plan on making a lot of power, you will want an upgraded ignition to ignite the fuel
