I found these half ring things in my oil pan, not sure what they go to because i usually have a lexus person work on my car. Its a 1993 lexus gs300. I cant drive to a mechanic or anythingso if anybody could help that would be great!!

Thodse look like piston rings. You got to take the car to a mechanic, and see which pinston/s they came from and have them replaced. A little warnig since it's a 93 as they start to pull parts apart they might start finding other broken or damaged parts, so it may end up been a costly repair.

Those are not piston rings. Piston rings don't come in 2 symmetrical pieces.
They are crankshaft thrust washers. They go on either side of one of the inner main bearings. There are four halves - you are missing one. That would make them around 2.5 inches inside diameter, the diameter of the crank journal.
