95 S10, ingnition switch problem?

I have a 95 automatic,
When I turn the key to start it, sometimes the dash lights do not appear and the truck doesn't start. I have to turn it back and try again. I will have to do this until finally the dash lights up and then it starts. I suspect the ingnition switch. Has anyone else encountered this?

thanks,

I Would Check The Ground Wire Comming Of Your Battery And The Positive To Ensure The Are Not Broke Open Or Have A Loose Connection. If All That Checks Out You Need An Ignition Switch
