How Much Hp Will Safc Add With These Mods...?
Ok be honest, I want to know, an estimate how much hp increase APEXI NEO SAFC will give me with an intake, full exhaust with downpipe, underdrive pulley, and a ground wire kit. I have all these mods done but I want to add in the SAFC, I know these air flow controllers are said to be useless without a turbo, but I mean if it can give me even like 15-20 extra horses to the crank for $300, I don’t see why not. Any suggestions at all thanks everyone.

The SAFC is an air/fuel controller. It is designed to trick the stock ECU into adding more fuel when you add more air than the ECU can compensate for. None of the mods you've installed would warrant the use of an air/fuel controller.
So, the SAFC would do absolutely nothing for you.

AFAIK, the car runs slightly rich from the factory. With an SAFC, you could potentially tune it slightly leaner and pick up a tad more power and mpg. The thing is...it's not just the $300 on the SAFC...you would need to pay for dyno tuning time, or get a wideband o2 sensor (or datalogger, depending on year)...to know exactly how much leaner you can safely go.
Basically...not really worth it, as Polygon said.
