misfire

hey , i recently put a used engine with about 50k and also did the 60k service with all the recommended items changed. when I start the car only 4 out of 6 cylinders fire. I checked the ignition coil but its not that , i bought a new one and put that intead of coil C but still nothing. I also checked the timming , spark plugs and spark plug cable everything is new and looks fine.
any Idea what could be the problem?

Re: misfire

It is somewhere in your wiring or ECU. That should be fun to hunt down. First I would pull the ecu and see if any of the capacitors are leaking.

Your 1996 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR-4 is the 92nd out of the 315 that were made that year. Only 21 of which are exactly identical.
