2000 Z71 CD Console noise

I have a 2000 Silverado, the CD player is in the lower console and the tape deck is actually in the ready head unit....hope that paints a picture for you??

My question is I have a lot of rattle in the lower cd console...basically just plastic on plastic...ANNOYING...I'm going to pull it off this weekend and see what's lose, warn, etc...

Anybody have this issue, is there a quick, easy fix..I'm thinking some sort of rubber washers may work to silence the noise and stop the movement...
