fog lights bulbs replaced, fuses continue to blow

so i finally replaced the fog light bulbs, and i have burnt 6 fuses in a row within seconds... i tried 3 of the stock 20amp fuses, all burnout, one 15amp, burnout, and one 25 and one 30, any thoughts?

1. Disconnect the fog lamps at the connector plug
2. Install one at a time
3. Once you determine which one, look for pinched wiring
4. Use a circuit breaker instead of a fuse for troubleshooting
5. Maybe the bulbs are too "strong"?
