Child Proof Windows. Disableing?
I drive a 1997 Chevrolet Lumina and the rear windows do not go down all the way (I assume some kind of child safe device). I was wondering if there was any device inside the door or window track that could be removed to allow the window to go down all the way. Btw, they are power windows.

Re: Child Proof Windows. Disableing?
As far as I know, the hardware only has enough movement to go that far...

Re: Child Proof Windows. Disableing?
rear doors have a radius cut out of them to compensate for the rear tire. therefore the windows can only go down 1/2 way.
