check engine light not working

i have a 95 neon sohc engine having trouble repairing when key is turned on or when key is flashed 3 times to get obd 2 codes nothing is happening i cannot get check engine light to light any ideas besides the bulb being bad......haha thanx in advance

Check the connetiors that the bulb sits in.. behind the dash. see if the connetiors are conntected to the dashs board.there little round clips...Might wont to change the bulb"just to be on the safe side..swap the bulbs around..swap the clips also..hope this helps
