Welcome to AF. Lots of possibilites here particularly the troublesome lower intake gaskets common on these engines. Check for signs of coolant contamination in the oil, inside the oil filler cap and get it pressure tested, may be a small leak that will only show up during a pressure test.

Check the water pump, if the accessory belt appears greasy looking and the under hood pad is wet then your pump may have started to have a small leak.

l wouldnt worry over it guy, if the fans come on the temps good and the levels are ok just live with it as l have.
another good thing would be too chek your STOCK ORGINAL METAL HEATER HOSES they often get very rusty and pop a small leak that car dry very fast and you wont notice it unless you look at your subframe when its cold or sitting cupple days and see some greenish coloured drips
